Call for Nominations: Cornerstone League - Special Election Asset 1 Category At-Large Director
Cornerstone League has called for nominations to fill a vacancy for the unexpired term of the Asset Category 1 At-Large Director seat. Nominations, accompanied by the required forms, are due by the close of business at 5 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, June 17.
How to Submit a Nomination
To make a nomination, a credit union must authorize a senior-level staff employee or an elected or appointed official of the credit union to complete the Nomination and Consent Form on behalf of the credit union.
To be eligible, the Governance Committee must receive the completed Nomination and Consent Form and the Candidate’s Profile & Director Information Questionnaire by the close of business at 5 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, June 17.
Forms are to be submitted via email to governance@cornerstoneleague.coop.
Following the nomination deadline, electronic voting instructions will be emailed to all Asset Category 1 affiliated credit unions. Election ballots will be tabulated by the electronic voting firm and reported to the Governance Committee by July 8.
