Credit Union Magazine is seeking nominations for the 2023 Credit Union Hero Award. The 2023 Credit Union Hero of the Year will be selected via online poll by the readers of Credit Union Magazine.

The Permian Chapter of Credit Unions hosted a charity golf tournament and raffle benefiting local Children’s Miracle Network hospitals on Sept. 19 in Odessa, Texas. All told, the events raised $116,000 for CMN hospitals.

The Houston Chapter of Credit Unions continues to raise funds for children’s charities. On Sept. 24, 16 teams from 12 credit unions and business partners participated in the chapter’s annual bowling tournament at Copperfield Bowl in Houston. Participants in the event and the chapter board raised over $5,750 for children’s charities.
