Speaker Bio
Candace Doby is a national speaker, mentor, and author. Doby works with organizations, helping youth build courage and confidence in themselves. She combines research with her experiences leading marketing teams at Chipotle Mexican Grill and traveling by herself to more than 20 countries. This unique combination equips her with easily digestible and implementable strategies to help young professionals lead, explore the world, and be themselves. Previously, Doby launched Pep Talker, a greeting card and gift company, and served as a speaker for Monster’s Making It Count Program, visiting U.S. high schools and colleges to teach students tools of success. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina.
