YP Perspective: It’s Almost Time to ELEVATE!

There are only so many opportunities for credit union professionals to come together, learn from one another, and get inspiration to bring back into our day-to-day lives, and one of them is coming up. ELEVATE: Credit Union Leadership Summit gives us a chance to hear new ideas and perspectives, create connections, and continue our professional development.

ELEVATE is about more than just what we get from the sessions. Being surrounded by people who understand our everyday challenges and experiences gives us the insight and fresh perspective we need to make an impact in our own credit unions.

Sydney, an ELEVATE Crasher applicant, STFCU’s official branch manager and unofficial community relations coordinator, says it best: “Connection creates opportunity.” And it couldn’t be more true.

Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation, one new connection, or one idea to give us the inspiration we didn’t even know we needed. That’s what makes opportunities like ELEVATE so special. We get to have a little fun and hopefully come home with new connections that last way beyond the conference.
