Cornerstone Resources’ Reagan Pugh Named Chair of Cy-Fair FCU Board

Cornerstone Resources Executive Recruiter Reagan Pugh has been elected chair of the Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union board of directors, where she will help guide the strategic direction of the $387 million-asset credit union.

Pugh has served on the Cy-Fair FCU board for more than three years, including as a director and treasurer. Her 20-year credit union career began in member-facing roles, where she opened accounts and processed loans before advancing into underwriting and leadership positions. She later served as assistant vice president overseeing branch operations and vice president of operations.

Today, Pugh leads nationwide executive searches for Cornerstone Resources, helping credit unions identify and recruit senior leadership talent.

“Since joining our board of directors, Reagan has brought a valuable perspective shaped by years of executive recruitment, talent strategy, and organizational leadership,” said Cy-Fair FCU President Cameron Dickey. He noted that her insight has strengthened board discussions around culture, succession planning, leadership development, and talent retention.
