Cornerstone Submits Comment Letters on NCUA Deregulation Round 2

Cornerstone League submitted four comment letters to the National Credit Union Administration on Feb. 27, 2026, as part of the agency’s second round of deregulation efforts.
The letters are:
- Catastrophic Act Reporting (Docket No. NCUA-2025-23856).
- Accuracy of Advertising and Notice of Insured Status (Docket No. NCUA-2025-23854).
- Suretyship and Guaranty; Segregated Deposit and Collateral (Docket No. NCUA-2025-23857).
- Limits on Loans to Other Credit Unions (Docket No. NCUA-2025-23855).
