YP Spotlights for June

The Cornerstone League Young Professionals group is tasked with attracting, engaging, and empowering young talent in the Cornerstone region while making a positive impact in our communities. The Leaguer regularly features YP Spotlights to help you get to know these up-and-comers. This month, meet Nicole Bennett, Courtney Glidden, and Kayte Brown.

Nicole Bennett 


Nicole Bennett is an MSR II at Allegiance Credit Union in Oklahoma City, Okla., with over two years in the credit union industry. She loves chatting with members about life and helping them when needed.

Bennett’s favorite movies are “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” and “The Proposal.” She’s currently reading the last book in the "Court of Thorns and Roses" series and binge-watching “Love on the Spectrum.” Her favorite dessert is red velvet anything.

Bennett's role model is her mom, whom she admires for her kindness and ability to connect with others. Her favorite travel destination is Disney World, especially EPCOT.

She supports the Kanoa Rescue Foundation, an animal rescue organization where she volunteers and serves on the board.


Courtney Glidden 

Courtney GliddenCourtney Glidden, a title clerk at Rave Financial in Beaumont, Texas, has been in the credit union industry for seven years. She values the support to grow within her institution and the family-like atmosphere.

Glidden said she can repeatedly watch “The Fast and the Furious” movies. She’s currently binge-watching “Saving Hope” and “The Crown.” Glidden also enjoys listening to the Crime Junkie podcast.

Most people are surprised to learn she was born in Italy and has dual citizenship. Her favorite desserts are cookies and cream or chocolate chip ice cream.

 


Kayte Brown 


Kayte BrownKayte Brown is the branch manager at Wellspring Credit Union in Bridge City, Texas. She has two years of experience in the credit union industry and loves helping members meet their financial needs.

Brown recently binge-watched “Fool Me Once” and “Bad Sisters,” which she found excellent. She supports St. Jude for its impactful work in children's cancer research and treatment. Her favorite travel destination is Nashville, Tenn., and her favorite desserts are crème brulée and cheesecake.
