Tarrant County’s Credit Union recently launched a new website and logo to better represent and personify the credit union’s growth and diversity.

Partnering with On the Mark Strategies to update the credit union’s image, the website embraces a modern, fluid design with a focus on smart navigation and ease-of-use. The logo champions a more modern and abstract look and introduces new colors to the brand.

“This is a defining moment in the life of our brand,” said TCCU CEO Lily Newfarmer. “Our credit union has been growing and our field of membership has been expanding for years. Now we have a visual representation of that in our logo.”

The credit union retired its longstanding clock tower logo—a staple for Tarrant County employees and government officials who are the credit union’s founding membership group. The new logo was designed to be more inclusive of all members.

Growth and inclusivity were the drivers of the new website, which was built to serve a broader audience and offer easier navigation. Services on the new website are easier to locate and require fewer clicks to find. Menu options were consolidated, and products and services are presented in a more educational manner.

“A user-friendly website is essential for adequately serving a diverse, growing membership,” said Newfarmer. “So is financial education. TCCU isn’t in business to open checking accounts and approve loans all day long. We’re in the business of empowering our members to achieve financial success through education and financial solutions. The new website ensures this advantage is available to a more diverse and ever-changing demographic.”
