Cornerstone Issues NCUA Comment Letters

Cornerstone League submitted two comment letters to the National Credit Union Administration on April 10, as part of the agency’s deregulation efforts.
The letters are:
- Chartering and Field of Membership for Federal Credit Unions-Interpretive Rulings and Policy Statem… (Docket No. NCUA-2026-0265)
- Mergers of Insured Credit Unions Into Other Credit Unions; Voluntary Termination or Conversion of I… (Docket No. NCUA-2026-0267)
- Investments in and Licensing of Permitted Payment Stablecoins Issuers (Docket No. NCUA-2025-1335)
