The Austin Chapter of Credit Unions organized a heartwarming holiday giveback event to support the homeless community. In collaboration with Caritas of Austin, members of the chapter collected essential items such as warm clothing, hygiene products, and non-perishable goods to spread joy and assistance to those in need.

The Austin Chapter’s holiday giveback event aligns with its mission to promote unity among local credit unions. 

“By organizing philanthropic events like this, our chapter members reinforce the cooperative spirit of the credit union movement and demonstrate a shared commitment to community welfare and solidarity,” said University Federal Credit Union Associate L&D Specialist Rian Rodriguez. “Together, we strive to build a stronger, more compassionate community for all.”
