YP Advisors to host virtual meetup on April 20

With recent events like the Silicon Valley Bank collapse, credit unions have been getting an overwhelming number of calls and visits from concerned members asking about the safety and security of their accounts—and rightfully so.

At Raiz FCU, our call center has received over 200 calls since the news last month on the bank’s collapse. As a result, our team had to think quickly to create a script on what to say, which included the reassurance of how the NCUA insures our funds.

Regardless, people are worried. So, how can we address their ongoing skepticism and help our members and communities feel safe?
