A+ Federal Credit Union Named ‘Best of the Best’ in Customer Service

Cornerstone League member A+ Federal Credit Union recently earned the title “Best of the Best in Customer Service” in the Austin-American Statesman’s 2022 Best of the Best Awards.

Austin’s Best of the Best program, considered to be Austin’s official community choice awards, polls the local community to select the best businesses and organizations in the area. Through nominations and voting, they choose in more than 150 categories, including Beauty and Health, Clothing, Dining, Entertainment and Leisure, Home, Home Services and Finance, Shopping, and Top Employer.

In addition to earning the top spot in Customer Service, A+ Federal Credit Union was also honored as a top three nominee for Best Credit Union in 2022, joining University Federal Credit Union as a runner up to Austin Telco Federal Credit Union in that category. Other recognition the credit union has earned in 2022 includes being a finalist in the Austin Young Chamber 2022 FAVE Awards in the Company Culture category, the Austin Partners in Education Business Champion Award, and Best Member Experience and Best Loan Experience in the MemberXP Best of the Best.

Winners of the Austin-American Statesman Best of the Best were announced at the Best of the Best Awards Gala, held on Sept. 15 at Austin Marriott Downtown.
