City FCU grows team with new managers

City Federal Credit Union welcomes three new managers: Quintin Marquez as community development manager, Laura Ness as marketing manager, and Jeannie Ninete as real estate manager.

Marquez has a history of being visible in the community, thanks to his time with the Salvation Army of Amarillo. He is a member of the Amarillo Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the co-chair of the Bienvenidos Committee. He received his Associates in advertising from Amarillo College and a Bachelor of Science in communication studies from Texas Tech University. Marquez also graduated from Leadership Amarillo/Canyon and the Potter County Sheriff’s Citizens Academy.

Ness received her Bachelor of Science in advertising/public relations in 2016 from West Texas A&M University. She has two years of credit union marketing experience. Ness is also involved in the American Advertising Federation and serves as the secretary on the Ad 2 Amarillo Board, an AAF affiliation.

Ninete joined City FCU with 30 years of credit union experience in member services, mortgage, auto, and personal loans. She started as a credit clerk and worked her way up at various credit unions, with her most recent position of mortgage manager at Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union.
