Since 1991, Scoggins has represented credit unions and other financial services on regulatory compliance matters, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, corporate governance, subsidiary operations, mergers, loan and deposit documentation, real estate, bankruptcy and collection, and more. He has extensive experience in payment systems issues, helping clients navigate Uniform Commercial Code Articles 3, 4, and 4A, the NACHA rules.
