The newly designed summit addresses four pathways for leadership competency development: aspiring leaders, emerging executives, c-suite executives, and board volunteers or chairs. Leaders at all levels will gain the knowledge and make the connections they need to thrive where they are now in their careers and where they are headed.

ELEVATE brings training on the Disney approach to customer experience directly to you. Plan to attend three 90-minute general sessions featuring the Disney Institute covering topics such as "Excellence in Leadership", "Employee Engagement", and "Excellence in Quality Service".
