A Message From the Executive Director

Thu July 02, 2026

Financial confidence is often built in the middle of real life, through decisions about family, housing, debt, and the day-to-day costs that shape long-term stability. Sometimes the biggest financial challenges are not dramatic. They show up in everyday decisions, like helping aging parents, covering youth activity costs, improving credit, sharing expenses with roommates, or reviewing monthly bills that have slowly crept upward over time.

In this issue, we’ve gathered articles focused on those kinds of real-life moments. Our goal is to offer useful, approachable guidance that helps readers feel more informed and more confident in the choices in front of them.

That mission is central to the Foundation’s work. We believe financial wellness grows stronger when people have access to timely information, trusted support, and tools they can use in everyday life. We are grateful for the many ways our supporters help make that possible.

Thank you for being part of this community and for supporting efforts that strengthen financial well-being across the Cornerstone region. I hope to see you during the Friends of the Foundation Annual Meeting on Oct. 21. Don't miss out, register today.

Thank you for being a friend (of the Foundation),
