Cornerstone Launches ADA Website Accessibility Advocacy Page

Some credit unions in the Cornerstone region have received threatening demand letters from lawyers claiming the credit union’s website violates the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Therefore, all credit unions must step up their efforts to protect themselves from predatory litigators seeking to profit from the ambiguities in the ADA's website accessibility requirements.
