Is your credit union offering member business lending (MBL) or are you considering to offer MBL in the future? If so, you don't want to miss the Texas Credit Union League's (TCUL) Member Business Lending Boot Camp
Is your credit union offering member business lending (MBL) or are you considering to offer MBL in the future? If so, you don’t want to miss the Texas Credit Union League’s (TCUL) Member Business Lending Boot Camp.
TCUL has collaborated with Hipereon, Inc., a national financial consulting and training firm specializing in providing services to financial institutions to support their commercial business credit underwriting and credit administration functions, to offer this five-session boot camp.
The boot camp will kick off April 8, and is divided into multiple sessions:
April 8-12, Session 1
May 6-10, Session 2
June 3-7, Session 3
July 8-12, Session 4
Aug. 12-16, Session 5
Sept. 16-18, Comprehensive exam review and testing
The flow of the curriculum is all built around understanding business model structure. The program begins by making sure students are structurally familiar with all the financial statements they will be utilizing to complete the financial analysis of a business. The purpose of going through this exercise is to ensure participants clearly understand the structural chemistry of these documents before they start to implement any analysis process.
To maximize the learning experience, seating is limited, so if you are interested in attending the MBL Boot Camp, please be sure and register early. For more information, please visit http://www.tcul.coop/member_business_lending_boot_camp.html.
