Preliminary stages of pre-application, pre-qualification, pre-approval and application
The new risk-based pricing notices
The basics of setting up a home equity lending program
Specific question and answer time
The Advanced seminar delves more deeply into home equity lending, and offers the following:
Update on Dodd-Frank and how it specifically affects your credit union
Review of quality control efforts, pre and post-closing
Examination of audit functions and coordination with software updates
Explanations of the model servicing disclosures and the Affiliated Business Arrangement
