United Heritage CU Employees Raise Funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas

A group of 35 United Heritage CU employees gave a total of 77 hours of their time to participate in Trudy's Bowl for Kids March 3, and raised $3,223 in donations from individuals and $1,600 in donations from the credit union and United Heritage Charity Foundation. All funds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.

A group of 35 United Heritage CU employees gave a total of 77 hours of their time to participate in Trudy’s Bowl for Kids March 3, and raised $3,223 in donations from individuals and $1,600 in donations from the credit union and United Heritage Charity Foundation. All funds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.

Trudy’s Bowl for Kids is an annual Austin-area bowl-a-thon fundraiser that has provided financial support for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas for 30 years. This year the event raised $172,973. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization that provides nurturing mentor relationships for children facing adversity.

United Heritage CU actively supports the communities it serves through the Team United Heritage employee volunteer group and United Heritage Charity Foundation.
