Credit unions have a great story to tell. Unfortunately, we don't always do a good job of tooting our own horn. At the Texas Credit Union League's (TCUL) Volunteers' Forum, GECU retired president and CEO Harriet May will present, "CU Philosophy IS Good Business - We Have a Great Story to Tell."

Credit unions have a great story to tell. Unfortunately, we don’t always do a good job of tooting our own horn. At the Texas Credit Union League’s (TCUL) Volunteers’ Forum, GECU retired president and CEO Harriet May will present, “CU Philosophy IS Good Business - We Have a Great Story to Tell.”

In this engaging presentation, a well-respected figure in the movement May will explore the pathway of credit union philosophy from history to the present looking forward to the future. The goal is to develop an understanding of the depth and breadth of the opportunities for the future in a cooperative financial institution with a philosophy that has met the test of time.

The 2013 Volunteers’ Forum takes place June 19-21 in San Antonio. For more information or to register, please visit https://www.tcul.coop/Volunteers_Forum.html
