The Cornerstone Credit Union League Marketing Workshop will be held July 16-17 in Oklahoma City at the Credit Union House. Titled, “Discover and New Ingredients for Creating Loyalty and Love,” the workshop will feature topics from “New Consumer Marketing: From Shiny Plastic to Locally Grown” to “What are Your Ingredients? It’s Time to Discover and Differentiate.” Speakers Josh Allison, Kelley Parks and Lisa Moore will examine the most innovative ways to reach out to potential members, as well as strengthen relationships with current members.
On Tuesday, Allison, CUDE, will be diving into what defines a “new consumer” and how your credit union can attain and retain them. He will also speak on thinking big and different when it comes to creating relevant relationships and trust with our communities. To finish the day, Allison will discuss the best strategies for reaching Gen-Y.
Parks and Moore will share how to make the most of your marketing budget, a limited staff, and resources on Wednesday. They will also be speaking about branding and how to make the most of social media.
This workshop will benefit all marketing professionals whether you are a vice president and have been in the industry for years or are brand new to the industry. The marketing and branding of your credit union can be one of the most challenging aspects of the credit union world. Join other marketing and business development professionals to networks while learning how to better your skills in connecting with your community.
