Arlington-based Texas Trust Credit Union traded turkeys for $8,500 in cash over the holidays. This year, employees elected to donate money that would have been spent on turkeys and hams to several mission-oriented charitable causes.

HPSI Dips, Ends 2017 on a Cautious Note

Fannie Mae's 2017 Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI) decreased in December by 2.0 points to 85.8. The HPSI is up 5.1 points compared with the same time last year.
