Image Begins with Frontline Staff—Learn the Value of Impactful Frontline Staff at Upcoming Seminar
Friday, October 6, 2017 6:40 AM

Interaction between credit union personnel and their members hinges on increasingly fewer opportunities. Frontline staff, MSRs, lending staff, and supervisors all represent the credit union brand. But how exactly is that accomplished?

Join us for the Frontline Staff Seminar where you'll learn the many ways your frontline staff can be invitations to your credit union. Frontline staff will learn how to attract and keep members with the "wow" factor.

This is not a lecture workshop; rather, participants will engage with each other through interactive exercises and applying what they learn.

Learning Outcomes

  • Awareness of the history of the credit union movement
  • Understanding of the U.S. credit union system
  • Insight into communication styles
  • Competency in effective listening
  • Knowledge of what makes a good leader

This full day workshop would be valuable for all levels of staff, including frontline staff, MSRs, lending staff, branch managers, and supervisors.
