2. State/Regional involvement (within the last year): Describe Cornerstone-related organization involvement, with specific emphasis on advocacy work (service on boards, committees, councils) and other advocacy events (PAC check deliveries, fundraiser events, etc.) (1-20 points)

3. National involvement (within the last year): Describe involvement at the GAC, Hike the Hill, etc. (1-20 points)

4. Community involvement (within the last year): Describe work done to support a credit union friendly candidate within the last year (working on a campaign, attending a rally, etc.) (1-10 points)

6. Contributions: What does the nominee support? CUPAC of MO, America’s Credit Union PAC. (1-5 points)
