Who Should Attend?
Presidents, CEOs, managers, loan officers, credit committee members and volunteers, collection officers, compliance officers, and any other credit union staff responsible for minimizing the credit union's exposure to bankruptcy losses, collections, or lenders in general would benefit from these seminars.

Presenter - Frank Drake
Franklin Drake serves as a partner in the law firm of Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers since 1994, following a 16-year practice specializing in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and repossession law. For more than 40 years, Drake has been a featured speaker and author on bankruptcy and regulatory compliance programs and webinars. His practical application of laws and regulations to credit union procedures has appeared in state bar magazines, nationally distributed newsletters, and on the internet. He brings more than 30 years’ experience advising and representing most of the major secured and unsecured financers on secured lending, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance matters. He enjoys guiding clients around compliance pitfalls and how to not get sued.

Registrant Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be granted less a $50 processing fee for cancellations received on or before six weeks prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given within six weeks of the start date. Substitutions are always welcome.
Seminar Cancellation Policy
If fewer than 20 registrations are received less than three weeks from the seminar date, or if unforeseen circumstances occur, the seminar(s) may be cancelled. In event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified via email and phone. An update will also be placed on the Cornerstone website and through social media channels. Paid fees will be refund.
