Southwest CUNA Management School (SCMS) is recognized in the credit union movement for innovative, intense, hands-on professional development, SCMS is a three year course of study that takes place on the Texas Christian University campus in Fort Worth, Texas. It is a program designed specifically to develop and enhance leadership skills and serves as a source of professional networking and life-long relationships.
Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) is a unique program for credit union staff that combines the low cost and convenience of a self-study program with the group hands-on learning and networking of an off-site school. CUNA offers a wide variety of professional designations to strengthen current abilities and enhance opportunities for advancement. Some designations are also offered as a self-study program so that students can have more flexibility with their busy schedule.
