Women's Leadership Academy is a virtual training opportunity offered in six, one-hour, engaging, virtual sessions over six weeks targeting those that are at a "pivot point" in their career and are ready to build their career-winning game plan.
In the sessions, presenter Julie Kratz will guide individuals through How to Build that Winning Career Game Plan, step-by-step, with actionable takeaways. Her six sessions are titled How to Authentically Communicate with DiSC, How to Bolster Authentic Confidence, Strengthen Emotional Intelligence, Build a Winning Career Game Plan, Engage Allies, and Lead with Influence.

2 - 3 p.m. CT each Tuesday
Julie Kratz is a highly-acclaimed leadership trainer who has experience leading teams and producing results in corporate America. After experiencing her own career “pivot point,” she developed a process for women leaders to build winning plans. Kratz, who promotes gender equality in the workplace, is a frequent keynote speaker and executive coach.
Kratz holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Certified Master Coach and a certified unconscious bias trainer.
Her books include Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game Plan, ONE: How Male Allies Support Women for Gender Equality, and Lead Like an Ally.
