David Reed, Esquire

David ReedAttorney, author, consultant, and nationally recognized trainer David Reed is a partner in the law firm of Reed & Jolly, PLLC. He provides guidance to financial institutions on the establishment and revision of policies and procedures, organizational compliance, collections, security, contractual agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. He is a nationwide speaker on regulatory compliance, consumer lending, bankruptcy, and collections. Reed is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is known as an expert in operations, bankruptcy, and collections and has trained state and federal examination staff on numerous issues, including BSA, ID theft red flags, SAFE Act, third-party contract management, and bankruptcy.

Diane Reed

Diane ReedDiane Reed is president of CUDoctor and a nationally recognized writer, speaker, and communications professional. She spent more than a decade overseeing the human resources, marketing, training, compliance, and sales functions in a midsize credit union. Reed’s expertise has been cited in industry publications such as Credit Union Times and Credit Union Management. Her unique management style and inventive programming earned her team spots on 20/20, a visit from the Treasurer of the United States, and even an invitation to the White House.

Michael Barnsback, Esquire

Michael BarnsbackMichael Barnsback is a partner with O’Hagan Meyer. He counsels and represents employers on employment law, including disability accommodation and leave issues under ADA and FMLA. He is experienced defending employers in Department of Labor wage/hour audits and FLSA individual and collective action overtime cases. Barnsback has 25+ years of courtroom experience litigating employment-related cases, as well as data privacy and security, internal monitoring, and breach response. He has worked with federal contractors, credit unions, and community banks. He is an editor of the monthly Virginia Employment Law Letter and is an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law.
