Essential Teller Workshop

The Essential Teller Workshop zeroes in on six modules that remind the teller how important their job is, how significant their actions are, and how to interact with members. 

This teller training program is information packed. Tellers will leave this workshop with a renewed commitment to excel on the job. Every attendee will also receive a copy of a comprehensive training manual that doubles as a guide for the workplace. Essential Teller is considered the most dynamic teller training experience in the country.

Vicki Kraai

Vicki Kraai is the CEO of InterAction Training. Previously, she was the owner/founder of the consulting company VK Solutions. Kraai's more than 25 years of community bank experience started at the family bank in rural Nebraska, where she was a bank teller who worked her way up to becoming CEO. Kraai's expertise includes credit card lending as a member of the management team that launched the Cabela's credit card program. She has a passion for developing people for success. Clients and program attendees value Kraai's highly engaging "been there, done that" approach to all facets of her training and speaking engagements.

Cornerstone League Members: $200 per person

A recording of the event will be provided after the workshop has concluded.

Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to training@cornerstoneleague.coop. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event. Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the event name, current participant name, and new participant name to training@cornerstoneleague.coop.

 Cornerstone League reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is rescheduled to another date or modified (virtual or hybrid), your registration will automatically transfer. If the event is rescheduled or location is changed, and you are unable to attend, your fees will be refunded.
