Webinar: Credit Union Fee Income: Regulatory Changes and What's Ahead

Cornerstone League’s Regulatory Compliance Counsel Suzanne Yashewski will discuss recent legal and regulatory updates, including CFPB and NCUA changes impacting fee income, and how Cornerstone League advocates for credit unions.

In addition, America’s Credit Unions Chief Economist Mike Schenk will address challenges due to demographic shifts, geopolitical risks, and new policies. Despite labor market improvements, inflation, interest rates, and financial disparities remain high. Credit unions face rising delinquencies, sluggish loan growth, low earnings, and regulatory pressures, with proposals like government price-fixing on ODP and NSF fees posing significant risks.
