As the credit union operating environment has evolved, so have the risks that challenge the safety of employees. This session will address how to prepare to respond to an active assailant incident at your credit union.

Bob Bouvier is a risk management consultant in Risk and Compliance for TruStage. In this role, he assists credit unions in identifying areas of risk in their operations and recommending appropriate controls to reduce loss exposures.
Bouvier joined the Field Operations of TruStage in 1990 as a service specialist. He transferred to Credit Union Protection Risk Management in 1994.
Bouvier earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fitchburg State University. He holds the designations of Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE), Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Credit Union Security and Fraud Expert (CUSFE).
Bouvier is an ALICE Certified Active Shooter Trainer.
