Onboarding the Instant Payments Bullet Train
This webinar is hosted jointly by the Payments & Operations Council and the Accounting & Finance Council. Members of either council are eligible to register.
This session focuses on the significant transformation in the payments industry with the continued adoption and growth of instant payments.
This webinar will:
- Provide lessons learned from the recent general release of the FedNow service and the participation from early adopters and pilot participants.
- Highlight other key payment initiatives driving instant payments activity within the United States.
- Discuss various use cases for instant payments and the demands from both businesses and consumers.

Presenter: Glenn Wheeler, Vice President of Payments Strategy and Product Innovation, Catalyst Corporate
As Vice President of Payments Strategy and Product Innovation, Glenn directs Catalyst Corporate's FedNow℠ Service and RTP® Network initiatives for credit unions. He is actively involved in the payments industry, currently serving on work groups for the U.S. Faster Payments Council, including chairing the Education and Awareness Workgroup.
Glenn has 40 years’ experience in financial services, including serving as President/CEO of PaymentsNation and President of Viewpointe Clearing, Settlement and Association Services LLC. He also has served as Vice President, Float Management, for Bank One and provided consulting and strategic planning services for organizations in the payments and non-profit industries. Read more.
