Presenter - Frank Drake

Frank DrakeFranklin Drake has been a partner in the Raleigh, N.C., law firm of Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers since 1994, following a 16-year practice specializing in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and repossession law in Louisville, Ky. He has practiced in North Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, and the federal courts of southern Indiana. For more than 40 years, Drake has educated audiences on bankruptcy and regulatory compliance programs and webinars. He has advised major secured and unsecured financers on secured lending, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance matters. He especially enjoys guiding clients around compliance pitfalls and how not to get sued.

Registrant Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be granted less a $50 processing fee for cancellations received on or before two weeks prior to the start of the series. No refunds will be granted within two weeks of the series start date. Substitutions are always welcome.

Series Cancellation Policy

Cornerstone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the series due to unforeseen circumstances. If the series is rescheduled and you are unable to participate, your fees will be refunded.
