This law provides important guidance on debt collection best practices for credit union collectors. This live training session will address best practices for credit union collectors in critical areas such as call frequency limitations, voice mail messages, limited content messages, and other restrictions on communicating with debtors as well as new best practice recommendations for the use of electronic communications such as emails and text messages in debt collections. You will learn new guidelines and best practices that will enhance debt collection compliance in your collection department.
