Friday, February 16, 2018 6:45 AM

Dan Schline

The board of directors for Carolinas Credit Union League (CCUL) has selected Dan Schline to serve as its next president and CEO. The selection comes after a national search conducted by Credit Union Resources, Inc. Schline will assume the role on July 1, 2018, with the retirement of John Radebaugh who has held the position since 2003.

“Dan’s a proven leader in our organization and he will do a phenomenal job as the new president/CEO,” said Radebaugh. “Credit unions in the Carolinas know and respect his work. He’s been a tireless advocate for credit unions over the past 21 years.”

“John Radebaugh has been a strong, steady credit union leader in the Carolinas for the past 15 years,” said Linda Weatherford, CCUL board chair and president/CEO of SPC Credit Union. “In Dan Schline we’ve have found someone that is well positioned to lead the League in the years to come. He brings great passion for the work credit unions are doing and has the vision to ensure the continued success of the League.”

Credit Union Resources is a service corporation that provides industry-leading solutions and expertise to credit unions across the country. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cornerstone Credit Union League, a regional trade association representing the interests of credit unions in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

“A search to fill such big shoes was broad and reached across the country," said Marcus Cotton, VP of executive search for Credit Union Resources. "Our professional network and the search tools we have in place allowed us to deliver some of the very best for the board to review.”
