Todd Sherpy is a founding partner at Sherpy & Jones, P.A. The law firm helps credit unions with compliance, compliance auditing, training, and consulting. Sherpy has championed enterprise risk management, working with many credit unions from development to implementation. He is also a founder of the Association of Credit Union Internal Auditors, Enterprise Management Division.
Sherpy serves as an instructor at Credit Union National Association, league, and credit union trade and vendor programs and has authored publications on topics from compliance to volunteer training programs. He also serves on the Credit Union Sub-committee of the American Bar Association.
