Unity One Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas, has named Roy Garcia as its newest member solutions manager. Garcia has worked at the credit union for 13 years and is currently participating in the Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Chapter Leadership Academy.
“We are confident that Roy will lead our member solutions department to new levels,” said Beth Peters, Unity One’s vice president of lending. He has a great vision for how we can improve new and existing communications with our members, allowing us to serve them in the best way possible.”
Garcia was also named the top Community Relations Champion for the back-office staff in 2018, and Colleague of the Quarter in 2010.
Following Garcia’s advancement, Neisha Williams was promoted to senior member solutions officer. Williams brings nearly 10 years of collections experience to the position with four of those years at Unity One CU.
