The Cornerstone Credit Union League’s customized member surveys deliver valuable insights from your members’ perspective, including data specific to:

  • Primary financial institution selection and defection decisions;
  • Borrowing patterns and preferences;
  • Customer service satisfaction;
  • Technology needs and concerns;
  • Pain points at your credit union;
  • Market share for selected products and services;
  • Delivery channel preferences;
  • Viability of new services;
  • Millennial and Gen Z insights; and
  • Net Promoter Score, which measures the likelihood of a member recommending your credit union to friends or family.

Our research will also show your team where their performance is highly rated and where it may need improvement.

How the process works
Member surveys are typically conducted online and require email addresses for at least 5,000 members, although mail surveys can also be conducted. Our analyses will provide a deeper understanding of members’ wants and needs and reveal drivers of satisfaction and loyalty among your members. The final report includes textual and graphical descriptions of the survey findings, an executive summary, and responses to open-ended questions.
