In this collaborative talk, women’s leadership speaker and trainer Julie Kratz will share proven strategies for engaging diverse talent and fostering an inclusive workplace. You'll learn to collaboratively create and enhance your diversity plan by recruiting leaders with unique perspectives and backgrounds and to apply tangible tools and techniques to facilitate interactive discussions on diversity in your organization.

Julie Kratz is a highly acclaimed leadership trainer who developed a process for leaders to build winning plans. Kratz is a frequent keynote speaker and executive coach who promotes gender equality in the workplace. She holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Certified Master Coach and certified unconscious bias trainer. Her books include Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game Plan and ONE: How Male Allies Support Women for Gender Equality.
