Mia PerezMia Perez, chief administrative officer at Louisiana Federal Credit Union, has extensive experience in marketing and business development producing award-winning campaigns with quantifiable results. At Louisiana FCU, she built a performance-focused enterprise, creating its first corporate scorecard. She's introducing a culture evaluation to help the organization find its Why and is championing its staff.

Perez is chair of the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council Executive Committee. In 2016, Credit Union Times named her as a Woman to Watch and Credit Union Magazine selected her as a Credit Union Rock Star. Perez earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Tulane University and is a CUNA Marketing Management School graduate.
