Dupaco Community CU selects Credit Union Resources to conduct search for SVP of Business Lending

Dupaco Community Credit Union, located in Dubuque, Iowa, has selected Credit Union Resources, Inc. to conduct a search for its senior vice president of business lending. Dupaco Community CU’s executive team expressed the need for a thorough and effective search for this critical position and chose Credit Union Resources based on its expertise in executive search within the financial services industry.

With 28 locations throughout Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, Dupaco Community CU has $1.8 billion in assets and serves more than 115,600 members. Since 1948, the credit union has committed to a tradition of cooperation and mutual self-help through serving and enriching the lives of its members.

As the SVP of business lending, this experienced financial executive will be responsible for the operation of the business lending functions at the credit union. This position requires an individual with a history of strong leadership skills and the ability to drive loan volume at a financial institution.

The executive search for Dupaco Community CU’s SVP of business lending will be led by Marcus Cotton, vice president of executive recruiting at Credit Union Resources.
