Participate in 2019 Compensation Survey and get over 70 percent off final report

The 2019 Cornerstone Credit Union League Compensation Survey is underway, and we encourage all affiliated credit unions to participate. It is imperative that as many of our members as possible participate in the survey, so the results will benefit all credit unions, regardless of the size. Note: Only Cornerstone credit unions are eligible to participate in the survey and purchase the final report.

This year’s Compensation Survey is being conducted solely online, and paper versions of the survey questionnaire will not be mailed to credit unions. We are requesting that online surveys be completed and returned by May 22.

Unlike national compensation surveys, the Cornerstone Compensation Survey obtains responses exclusively from League affiliates. This means our members get the most accurate and useful data possible, drilled down to meaningful levels for regional, asset, tenure, and city size. The survey provides detailed salary data on 55 credit union positions, as well as valuable information on insurance benefits, staffing metrics, turnover rates, paid leave, bonuses, incentives, fringe benefits, and director compensation.

The 2019 Compensation Survey results will be delivered by the last week in June. The cost of the final report is $75 for survey participants, and $275 for non-participants. The report is available in PDF and hard-copy formats.
