On April 6 in Cypress, Texas, Energy Capital Credit Union and the Alpha Kappa Alpha (AAHΩ Chapter) are hosting a free and fun-filled Reality Fair for the entire family to showcase the advantages of financial literacy and legacy, and it all takes place during Houston Money Week.
This free event, both a Reality Fair and a Resource Fair, takes place Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Richard and Meg Weekley Community Center, 8440 Greenhouse Road, Cypress 77433. Organizers are expecting approximately 300 attendees.
Energy Capital will hold eight 45- to 60-minute workshops for the Houston community, members, and everyone else who wants to join in. The workshops are as follows:
On the other side of the ballroom, opposite the Energy Capital Reality Fair, there will be a Resource Fair with vendors providing information about various financial products, literacy, and the Houston Money Week spotlight materials.
