Heather Hebert has been named as Heart of Louisiana Federal Credit Union’s new chief lending officer effective Jan. 7, 2019. The executive search was conducted by Credit Union Resources, Inc. for the $108 million credit union.
Previously the SVP director/broker at Motto Mortgage, Hebert was responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for an array of products. She led long-range planning events with industry leaders, product managers, and investors, which resulted in high sales and a 25 percent command of market share growth in three years.
Prior to working at Motto Mortgage, Hebert was the chief retail officer at HQC/Office Hinge where she consulted for various local businesses using networking and social media to grow their companies. Hebert oversaw product development including software development, lifecycle, implementation, testing, and QA.
With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Hebert will help Heart of Louisiana continue to provide exceptional service to their members. Hebert is recognized in the industry for instilling loan growth strategies, leading successful teams, and driving results.
