Get ready for advocacy in 2023

advocacy

Some outstanding advocacy opportunities await young professionals in 2023, but first things first—get the support of your managers. Then, to make the most of your experiences, here are two things you can do.

Update Project ZIP Code

You’ll want to update the Project ZIP Code software at your credit union and then upload your member/constituent data to CUNA’s secure website. As you prepare to meet with elected officials, you’ll have your most recent PZC data as a handout to show how many of their constituents are credit union members. PZC is one of your most powerful advocacy tools and always impressive.

PZC is easy, safe, and secure. Whether you use Windows or Mac, no personally identifiable data or individual information ever leaves the credit union in the process of the update.

  • Update your software and data by Jan. 13, 2023.
  • To update or download the software, visit CUNA's Project ZIP Code Download Center at pzconline.com/install.
  • If you are unable to upload your data, email your Excel or CSV file to April Krause instead. The file must contain separate columns for street address, city, state, and zip code.
