Abi Davis

Abi Davis is an accounting representative with Sabine Federal Credit Union. She has served credit unions since November 2020.

Her favorite thing about working at Sabine FCU: Credit unions are a very selfless industry. We are in the business of helping others by being present in the public, as well as helping them in their personal financial decisions. It is a family that I feel very blessed to be a small part of. Sabine FCU is a place I love to call home and cannot wait to continue making a difference in other people's lives.

A few tidbits about Davis:

• Favorite movie on repeat: “Dumplin’” on Netflix.
• Surprise to most people: My love for music and singing. I will get up in front of anyone and karaoke my heart out.
• Dream celebrity figure to chat with: Dolly Parton because she defied all odds and built a legacy to last a lifetime from having nothing. She lives her life gracefully, and I strive to be like that.
• Current binge-watch: “The Vampire Diaries,” for the third time.
• Favorite travel destination: Winter Park, Colo. Snowmobiling and tubing in the snow surrounded by family are memories I will hold forever.
  

Kendall Calhoun

Kendall Calhoun is a real estate loan officer for Sabine Federal Credit Union. She’s been in the credit union industry for a year and a half.

Her favorite thing about working at Sabine FCU: I love being able to support local. It gives me a sense of pride seeing our credit union’s logo at schools around our area.

A few tidbits about Calhoun:

• Favorite movie on repeat: Easily “Remember the Titans“
• Favorite current read: I’m currently re-reading Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg. This is definitely a must read for all women. It’s an amazing book!
• Favorite travel destination: Athens, Greece! I love history, so it was amazing to see the heart of such an ancient city.
