West Community Credit Union Promotes Adam Winning

West Community Credit Union has promoted Adam Winning to consumer lending underwriting manager.

In his new role, Winning leads the underwriting team and helps ensure consistent lending decisions that support both members and the organization. His responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, managing risk, improving processes, and supporting the development of underwriting staff.

“I started my career at West Community as a loan officer working directly with members, and that experience has stayed with me throughout my time in underwriting,” Winning said. “I enjoy finding solutions that help members reach their goals and improve their financial well-being.”
