Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union Names Stephanie Stout Chief Member Experience Officer
Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union has named Stephanie Stout chief member experience officer, a newly established role designed to elevate member service at the executive level.
Stout will lead efforts to modernize the credit union’s contact center and use technology and data to strengthen member engagement. Her expanded responsibilities also align branch operations with evolving member expectations while emphasizing employee training and development.
“Stephanie Stout has proven herself highly capable when it comes to the member experience. It makes sense that she should lead all our teams that provide service to members and potential members,” said Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union President/CEO Howard Baker.
In the role, Stout will work to create a cohesive experience across member-facing areas, including branches and the contact center. She will also help ensure employee learning and development initiatives reflect the specific needs of those teams.
Stout joined Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union in 2021 and has focused on member relations, service, technology, and data analysis throughout her tenure.

RBFCU Promotes Amy Davis to Senior Vice President-General Counsel
RBFCU has promoted Amy Davis to senior vice president-general counsel, its top legal role.
Davis brings 16 years of legal experience, including nearly a decade with RBFCU. She has advised the credit union on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, mergers, litigation, and credit union service organization transactions. She also played a key role in guiding RBFCU toward regulatory approval as the continuing credit union in its planned merger with True Sky Credit Union.
Executive Vice President-Chief Risk Officer Berenice Villarreal praised Davis’ ability to work collaboratively with all personalities.
“As a management team, we trust and increasingly rely on Amy’s legal judgment, critical and strategic mindset as well as her negotiation skills,” Villarreal said. “Amy is able to navigate high-stress situations and bring a balanced, level-headed approach to legal and business discussions. Her commitment and loyalty to the credit union is remarkable as she juggles increasing responsibilities.”
Davis graduated from the University of Texas School of Law and serves on the board of directors of Endeavors, a San Antonio nonprofit supporting people in crisis.
