Paige Rhoades Named Small CU Achiever for Impact and Leadership

Thu May 28, 2026

For nearly 12 years, Paige Rhoades has built her career at Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union around a simple but powerful belief: service comes first.

“I have always maintained a strong member-service mindset, and the opportunity to help others has consistently brought me a great sense of fulfillment,” Rhoades said.

As collections and facilities management director, Rhoades plays a key role in strengthening operations and supporting long-term success. But her influence extends far beyond her title.

“Our organization would truly be lost without Paige’s dedication and heart for service,” noted Savannah Gann, marketing and business development director at Alcoa Community FCU. “Her enthusiasm, kindness, and leadership make a lasting positive impact on everyone around her.”

Rhoades has been a dedicated leader within the South Central Arkansas Chapter of Credit Unions, serving in multiple roles and now as vice president. She helps create opportunities for growth and connection among credit unions, something she says is critically important for small credit unions like Alcoa.

“Chapters are especially valuable for small credit unions,” she said. “They provide access to shared knowledge, resources, and collaborative support that might not otherwise be available, ultimately helping them grow and succeed.”

Her commitment to collaboration and her ability to embrace change are evident to colleagues within the industry.

“Paige is adaptable to any challenges thrown her way,” said Monica Villines, vice president of risk management and compliance at Cornerstone Resources. “She’s always looking for ways to increase efficiency, advocate for members, and collaborate with peers.”

That same dedication is evident in her community involvement, where her passion for giving back leaves a lasting impact on those she serves.

“Paige volunteers at high schools, leading financial literacy programs where she shares real-world financial experiences to help prepare students for the future,” said Gann. “Her ability to connect with young people and make complex topics understandable is invaluable.”

Rhoades says education is an important part of serving members and the community. She notes that some individuals are unaware of the resources financial institutions can offer to help them achieve financial stability.

“Credit unions have the ability to bridge that gap by providing clearer access to information, tools, and guidance that help empower them to make smart financial decisions,” she said.

Whether she’s strengthening operations, collaborating with peers, or educating the next generation, Rhoades brings energy, compassion, and purpose to everything she does, making her a natural choice for Cornerstone’s Small Credit Union Achiever award.
